"I was recruited to K. Hovnanian a year and a half ago by fellow Trojans (University of Southern California) Alumni, and now work with them on a daily basis. At that time, I began working towards becoming a Land Acquisition Analyst.
My job encompasses all aspects of the new home real estate market. As part of our Land Acquisition team, I analyze single family homes, urban infill and high rise projects. I perform market analysis of the overall market and sub markets, create feasibility models, and assist in the negotiation of land deals. Through this process I get to deal directly with land owners, brokers, government agencies, consultants, and real estate professionals from competing builders.
