Andre K. Miesnieks is the Vice President, Corporate Operations.  He is responsible for all operational processes of the Company, including their design, documentation, implementation, monitoring and improvement.  He oversees the following Corporate Departments:  Product Development; Purchasing and National Contracts; Marketing and Sales; Quality and Homeowner Service; Building Science; and Safety.

He joined the company as Legal Counsel in 1982 and was promoted to his current position in 2007.  He has also served the company as Director of Quality, Director of Marketing and Sales, Community Builder, Vice President of Operations for Northeast Region Services, and North Central Area President of the Northeast Region.

Mr. Miesnieks graduated with a Bachelor's degree in economics from the Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania in 1976 and earned his law degree at Fordham University in 1979.  He has been involved in the homebuilding industry for his entire career of 25+ years.
